The University of Tsukuba in Japan has an opening for an "Assistant Professor in e-Science". It is a 5-year term position, with the possibility of an extension.
The faculty seeks applicants, who are capable of conducting research and education of e-Science with expertise in any of the following areas:
(1) e-Scientific research process;
(2) science technology policy regarding to open access and open data;
(3) research data management, data curation and training functions in research library;
(4) developing e-Science infrastructure such as data repository, electronic laboratory notes, and data analyzing tools.
